Hana Mlnaříková alias Hana Foss is a human, native of the Czech Republic. She studied Multimedia Composition at Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno.  Since her childhood, she wonders how the world works, she studies to play various kinds of flutes, singing, piano, music theory, languages, soldering, she reads, travels, meets extraordinary people, miraculous situations, etc. At the same time, she makes instrumental and electroacoustic music pieces which come from her unlimited need to express and share the beauty of music and sound.

She seeks special interest in the creation of various fictional worlds where she brings to the table her compositional skillsets. She has authored music for theater, movies, television production and cooperated with theater faculty of Janáček Academy, Tomáš Baťa University in Zlín, Horácká Gallery in Nové Město na Moravě, CBE Software (additional sound effects), Brno television and others.
Her art pieces she has presented in the Cabinet Gallery (2016), JAMU Music Faculty building (permanent installation Janáček Quotes from 2012; interactive sculpture Nice to meet you, 2015) and other small spaces.

Currently, she works at the Theatre at The Table and Orlí Street Theatre, both audio engineering. Simultaneously, she works as a freelance composer and she is a member of Mirror Ensemble (live electronics, interactive projection, bass recorder).
